Candidates are almost hired on the spot. All I did was walk in and ask if they were hiring. They had me fill out a job application and immediately started the background check process.

Connected with the manager because of my ethnicity. Got hired because my ethnicity. Was told this after I was hired. Questions were easy and everything was discussed prior to being hired.
