Interview
My interview consisted of a total of 4 interviews. The first was with an area supervisor in charge of around 6 stores. The second was with the same supervisor and I was given forms for drug tests. The third was with a general manager at a training store where I worked an actual shift. The fourth interview consisted of a personality test and an intellectual test with the same area supervisor. The last interview was with the Operations Director who is in charge of around 40 stores.

Interview
The interviewer made me feel at home. The entire process was very friendly and comfortable. The interviewer took notes, made frequent eye contact and smiled. I was greeted at the beginning and left with a hand shake and a promise of followup. I was contacted later the same day for a second interview. The second interview was much the same with the exception of having 2 interviewers. It was very comfortable and friendly. I was made to feel as if I were visiting friends that I had not seen in years, and we were catching up.

Great leadership team. Typical questions for management candidates, digging into your background and experience. Sounds like a great company to work for.
