Went through multiple rounds of interviews starting with the business resource and then moved on to the technical resource. The interviews were all over the phone. It was a bit difficult getting a time slot scheduled with the technical resource due to the demands on their time.

The questions from the business were related to experience dealing with clients and the technical questions were more detailed around experience related to solution architectures.
