Arbor Homes interview questions

The job interview process was very easy going and straightforward. You have an initial phone call/ interview with a hiring manager. This was mostly getting to know about the role and describing yourself. Next was another phone interview with the internship director. Once again easy and at end of call I was offered the job.

There is initial phone screen, a video conference interview, and a final onsite interview where I spoke to 3 different team members individually. At the final round interview, none of them had, or even asked for a copy of my resume.
