Knew a friend who worked there who suggested I apply. Turned in my app in store and my friend noted the application and resume for suggestion to the owner. Received a call not long after and had an in store interview. The interview consisted of the owner ranting about random things and explaining the work environment. Looked at my résumé once or twice and asked very few actual questions. Turned into more of a chat than an interview. I plugged myself and my qualities that fit in with the culture and the work. I was offered a job on the spot.
