The initial stages were efficient, but as the process progressed, timelines became inconsistent and less predictable, with some delays attributed to internal scheduling. Interviews themselves were positive and I received consistently strong feedback, which set clear expectations about my standing as a candidate. However, communication declined significantly in the later stages, ultimately resulting in a period of silence before receiving a rejection. While interactions with individuals were professional and courteous, the overall process felt disjointed and lacking in coordination. The gap between feedback given during interviews and the final outcome was notable.....and more transparency and consistency, particularly toward the end of the process, would improve the experience for candidates.
