I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aquariux (Singapore)
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter and she was liaising with me throughout the process. First round I was given a take-home coding test to build a React Native app with a couple of features to demonstrate my proficiency in React and React Native.
The subsequent round would be a virtual interview with my hiring manager (who happens to be the Project Manager for that specific project that I was assigned to) and the lead engineer whom I will be working with
The process was fast-moving (about 4 weeks from initial screen to offer, very technical, and felt highly relevant to the actual job).
Otherwise pretty standard interview process, some tests on coding, architecture, system design. a couple rounds at different levels.

Interview
First interview was good, felt like the interviewer and I were connecting quite well in terms of expectations & that their goals were aligned with mine. Was given a take home assignment, but got an automated rejection less than 24 hours after submission. Pretty standard impersonal response from these sorts of companies after building so much hope during the first interview, but it's become so typical that I've come to accept it.
