Aquantum interview questions

I had an interview with two of the senior members of the team. They described their activity and what the position would have been about. From my experience it seems that they are mostly looking for developers rather than quants. One very surprising aspect is that all their trades are still submitted manually and they need to build the infrastructures for making this automated (which is why they mostly care about your programming experience). As a matter of fact they did not care too much on my quantitative background and just asked about programming experience. So overall the conversation was not too technical, no questions on statistics or financial math at all...no brainteasers. They left saying that they would have contacted back but they never did, not very professional.
