Interview
Simple, straight forward, easy enough. The vibe you get from Heidi in that interview will be the vibe every time you interact with them. After they offer you the job it will feel too good to be true. Because it is. TRUST YOUR GUT.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AquaTech Swim School (Alameda, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Application was through Indeed. Quick response from the system for a request to phone screen. Made it past the phone screen and within one day I received a link with dates and times to come in for an in person interview. Phone screen was about 20-mins and face to face interview was 40-minutes. Pretty easy and straightforward questions. In person interviewer asked similar if not the same questions as the phone screen manager.

Interview
After submitting an application online, I met with a site manager for my in-person interview and tour of the facility. Once I met with the site manager, it was a couple days later that I heard back that I could start training as soon as I was ready. Training lasts for 4 or 5 days and is paid minimum wage.
