Interviewer was 10 mins late, proceeded to make me wait another 5 mins after he showed up. The position was for a ENTRY level java developer. I explained that I have not worked with Java but I have worked with many other languages and have built full stack web applications on my own and after looking into Java I know I would be able to pick up the language very quickly. Mind you this is an ENTRY position so there should be training anyway. He said they offer one month or two month training periods(I'm assuming unpaid, he didn't say) after which they would place me with a company for full time employment. Here the interesting part thought, I would have to pay them 12% of my salary for the next year, all for 1-2 months of training. I told them Im not interested in that then they said okay and hung up.
