First round: Skype video (2017) Second/ Final round: They had arranged travel and accom from to the HQ for a F2F interview. HR discussion to review compensation, relocation and benefits I was interviewed for intern position but due to some school commitments I had to join directly as full time as Aptiv management considered worth the wait for around 6 months for my joining.

First round: Skype video (2017) Interview process was seamless. The interviewer asked questions on coding general C/ C++ questions. Also was asked to write and execute programs on the web. Second/ Final round: They had arranged travel and accom from to the HQ for a F2F interview. They had a panel of two interviewers. Both Sr Managers. Asked questions about automotive engineering and embedded systems, microprocessors. I also was a thesis graduate student back then and we discussed about the same.

Interview
The interview process was smooth, and the panel members were very friendly. There were three rounds in the interview: the first was technical, the second was techno-managerial, and the last was HR. Each round was an elimination round, and they took about 30-40 minutes to evaluate candidates for the technical round.

They asked me about microcontrollers, followed by in-depth questions on my projects, two coding questions, and OOP concepts. Later, they discussed my internship experience in detail.
Very simple & Easy and hiring team and manager is very friendly. Three rounds, pretty much smooth and transparent. Technical round - Tools and methods Technical round - Intent to apply HR round - Salary and benifits discussion. May be to receive follow up call.
