HR will check your background, your skill, and some logic question.
Talk with the Trainer.
Simple test with trainer, like "Can you do a Bubble Sort ?"
Bubble sort test in a piece of paper.
Some IQ Test, Personality test, Psychology Test, and then Java test.
After that, go to HR for salary negotiation.
