Interview
Consisted of three interviews. Met with campus recruiter to gauge my interest in the position. I then met with them again as a more formal interview process. The final interview was with the head of the department.

I had two virtual interviews. It was not the standard interview questions I expected. I felt good leaving the interviews but really wasn't sure if they would make an offer or not.
