During the multi-week process, I had multiple interviews with numerous leaders in the firm covering my approach to the role and general qualifications, ultimately leading to my presentation of a proposal (short deck) with my objectives and vision (at least from the outside looking in).

Interview

I was interviewed by 4 Managers/Sr Managers, 2 Partners and a 3-party firm. The entire interview process took less than 30 days. Each and every person was a professional and very organized during the evaluation process - always keeping me in the communication loop after our meeting.
