Interview
You have to take a proctored IQ test, this test has been updated to criteria corp cognitive test.
After which you will go for the technical and coding interview, after this stage you get to meet the leadership and finally an offer.

Question 1
The questions are based were based on the skills in my resume.
Straight forward, and friendly. The interviewers asked personal questions and also previous work experience. Overall it went great. I would highly recommend the company for new graduates, who will like to improve their skills
Submitted resume and got contacted about 6 months later to schedule an on-site coding test. The questions were not too difficult and were mostly on string manipulation and arrays. I got contacted via an email saying I passed and was informed to await further instructions, which never came despite following up.
