Internal recruiter call - Take home task presented to hiring manager - final interview with COO. I reached the final stage of the interview process and was then ghosted - no feedback or follow-up, even after chasing the internal recruiter. That’s disappointing after investing so much time and effort. The company was also very vague about salary expectations throughout- they refused to share even a general range, which in hindsight should have been a major red flag. Overall, a poor experience and complete lack of transparency.
