Once I received a call asking to come in to interview, the process only took two or so weeks to complete. The interview consisted of meeting with the top three c-level executives, as well as a financial analysis skills test. The interviews were conducted individually and 1 on 1, and they lasted anywhere between 15-30 minutes each. The skills test involved completing a financial analysis of a company (they provide you with the financials). In the one hour that they give you, you are asked to create a condensed income statement, project the free cash flow, determine the present value of the projected cash flows, and conduct a ratio analysis based upon industry averages (they also provide these averages). Once that is complete, you must do a three paragraph write-up illustrating the financial strength of the subject company.
