I applied online. I interviewed at Applied Underwriters in Mar 2019
Interview
Phone screening from HR, and it was easy and casual talk with some behavioral questions. I was told to proceed with a project and onsite exam. But did not get to move forward later on.
They have you take an assesment, then the screening call with the talent manager then have you take another assessment (standard math and probability) and then have you build a project in an unusual coding language. Seems like a lot of work to go through before being interviewed by an actuary.

Interview
There were multiple rounds. Appreciated the recruiter for consistently checking in with me to see how I felt about the interviews and my interest in the position. But at the last round of interviews, the hiring managers talked to me and said the position I'm looking for doesn't actually exist? It was very upsetting to hear after investing so much time into prepping for 4 rounds of interviews.

Interview
First phone screening Great recruiter, not only asking common interview questions like what's your most success but asked questions based on what you've answered to know more about you. Great experience and was a relax conversation
