Applied online followed by a phone screen. Completed an online personality/skills survey. Scheduled 2 live Skype interviews. Invited to Applied Systems at University Park to complete 3 additional interviews and a mock presentation (20-30 minutes). Recruiters and managers at Applied made this an extremely positive experience. The only con was that I had to contact the recruiter to find out if I was going to receive an offer. I found out that if you do not, eventually you will receive an automated rejection email.

This was a lengthy interview process with multiple interviewers across the department. The interview process was thorough and methodical. While they do take their time hiring, overall good interview process experience.

The best recruitment process, ever! From the first contact-to-job offer I was so impressed by the level of engagement with every call, email, Skype and in-person ( on-site ) interviews at University Park, IL. Home Office. The process took roughly 2 months, and the recruiter did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of each and every stage of the current and the next step. It makes you feel you're the only one they're working so hard to bring on-board. She, her team and the hiring managers all work closely and in unison to give you any and all opportunity to present your qualifications, and do so in such a relax, easy to talk and listen to environments. The role is clearly spelled out and at the end you're given ample opportunity to ask questions and follow-up via calls or email. The on-site interviews are completely and meticulously planned and all travel arrangements are detailed with all consideration taken into account with the applicant convenience and preference in mind. After the on-site interviews were completed I returned home and I received an offer a week later.
