The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Applied Scholastics (Moreno Valley, CA)
Interview
Had one phone interview then was rightaway offered a job. Had orientation in nice hotel with free breakfast and snacks. They trained us and eplained policies. They are decieving they said they were going to pay one rate on the phone and offered another on the spot. Not only that but all the tutoring was based off of the teachings of L Ron Hubbard, for those of you that don't know he started the cult of Scientology. They try to teach kids out of a book he wrote which is outdated and quite frankly dumb.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Applied Scholastics (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2010
Interview
I got the interview through a referral (which is the only way because they don't advertise). It basically consisted of them asking me what I want to do and them doing all the talking. Not difficult at all...One thing I didn't too much care for was their butting into my personal financial situation (i.e. Bankruptcy) and asking why I was in that position; why someone had to file bankruptcy really isn't anyone's business in my opinion if you're not putting them in charge of having a credit card account.
