I applied online. I interviewed at Applied Medical (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Easy, Streamline, Know Your Resume
A very mediocre experience, my phone interview was great but when it got to the second panel webcam interview, the four engineers I talked to seemed very bored while I tried to be enthusiastic. Was told 6 days after I did not get the offer. Oh well reviews on this company didn't seem great.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Applied Medical
Interview
Overall the interview was straight to the point, theh focus on your commitment and drive more than anything. Solidworks and teamworking abilities are a huge plus. Make sure that you do research on the company to get a better understanding of their environment and products as you will normally be placed on a specific product line
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Medical (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in May 2010
Interview
One phone call, one 30-45 minute in person interview with a random assortment of questions regarding my resume (this was for a first full time job straight out of college). Interview process is not organized, be prepared by being able to explain and sell the skills you've learned from projects and previous work experience. The work culture and people are friendly, positive, and open. Many are overworked but still willing to help.
