Interview
I have been referred by internal employe and shortlisted for the interview process, there were 3 rounds of interview reverse the ladder. First round was with the Snr Manger from the Headquarters, 2nd with local Snr manager and last was with Operational manager. I cleared all the rounds with positive feedback but its been 2 months since I received the feedback from any of the HR team. Even after regular follow ups they just left it in the middle of the ocean.

What will you do if you get an escalation, how will you tackle it and what are all the precautions which you will use to prevent it from happening again?
Reached out by phone call and make the appointment, but suddenly change the date, so need double confirm with them before have interview.
Interview with HR team around 20- 30 mins
Basic question like introduction and why change the job
And introduce current job and what did i do now,
