6 hour interview process with multiple department heads. Wasn't horrible but they all ask you the same questions. Apparently its part of their process. Not a typical interview. Thirty words is kind of a high bar for a review. No wonder I didn't get an offer, lol.

I was brought in and interviewed with every business unit in the company to get a better feel for where i fit. It made it more difficult to get an understanding of what they were looking for as opposed to targeting my interview to one BU. The whole process took an entire day of interviewing with two people at once.
