The interview process was completely absurd. I had a first-stage scheduled through a recruiter. The interviewer seemed very uninterested and asked basic demographic questions which they had already known from the application stage. At the end of the chat, they mentioned they were looking for something not defined in the job description and had already finalised a candidate for the role. I had no opportunity to present my skills and experience. It felt like a box-ticking exercise and was a complete waste of everyone’s time. Avoid.
