Interview

The interview was more of a conversation than an interrogation. The main purpose of the interview was to give me information on th expectations of the company for me as an employee. I was also incouraged to ask qustion to determine if the position would not only be a good corporate fit, but a personal fit as well.

They interrogated me in the interview. I felt like I was being interviewed for a fortune 500 company. I have a college degree and have been on a few interviews. I didn't expect the line of questioning and interrogating I received for such a low paying customer service job.

AppliancePartsPros.com interviews and employs individuals based on experience, skill set and culturally fit into our company. Our line of questioning in interviews as well as screening questions is to determine if a person fits into our company’s culture. We have single digit turnover rate and have not conducted interviews for any position since first quarter of 2015. The question posted as an interview question in the review is actually part of our screening process when you submit a resume.
