Applebrook RV Parks interview questions

I had to go through 3 interviews (even had to take time off work) I had all the experience they were looking for, willing to learn, and i was professional. However, regardless of them stating i had plenty of good qualities and had the exp. I was denied because i wasn’t “assertive”. It seems to me as they care more about how you look and see if you can fit into their clique, rather than actual experience. A complete waste of time after 3 interviews. They ask for all this experience and what is needed, yet, they decline people who fit all those requirements. Not a good way to run a business. It’s a blessing ins disguise since i found out during the interview they want you to be doing 5 peoples jobs at the same time while doing your own work and extra.
