ghosted after the 3rd interview but said i was a well rounded candidate. the staff was super sweet but most of the staff was telling me not to work there.

Very simple I called the store and asked if they where looking for servers and I was asked to come in for an Interview and got the job 2 days later. We make really good money as waiters

Very easy, met with manager and assistance manager. 30 min or less. More of a conversation than an actual interview. Stayed with the company for 7 years after that. Half off food while working a shift and 30 percent off if you dine in.
