Applebee's Server/Waiter interview questions

It was easy. One interview with the store manager in person. Behavioral and situational questions were asked. I had no serving experience beforehand, but still got the job and started quickly.

The interview process at Applebee's was straightforward and pretty relaxed. After applying online, I was contacted fairly quickly to schedule an in-person interview. The interviewer was friendly and mostly asked basic questions about my availability, customer service experience, and how I handle teamwork situations. Overall, the conversation felt more like a casual discussion than a formal interview. I didn’t encounter any difficult or technical questions, and the process moved quickly. The whole experience was smooth and low-stress.
