Worst interview process Iv ever been thru, it started normal with setting up the interview online. Once the interview started they hardly asked any questions then said they loved me but had to wait for the other manger to return from vacation. After a few weeks and two phone call I went back for what I thought was a second interview but turns out they had no idea I’d already interviewed, I compiled the interview again and was scheduled for a second interview that day. After all this, once the second (really third) interview was complete they said they would like to hire me but won’t because another manager liked a different applicant.
