You’ll probably be hired on the spot. I’ve interviewed at two different locations and was never asked more than one question, which was previous experience. If they want you to come in for an interview, you already have the job.
The Applebee's interview process was friendly and straightforward. The manager was approachable, asking simple questions about customer service and teamwork. It felt relaxed, making it an easy, comfortable experience overall.
