I walked in to inquire about open positions. They had me fill out an application online. After completing the online application I had 3 separate interviews. The first 2 were with 2 assistant managers and the final one was with the Manager. I was offered the position at the end of the last interview. The entire process was about 3 hours long.

Apply online and then they will contact you through email. Applebees will then set out a phone interview. The whole interview process was very simple and stress free from start to finish. Big Question they will ask in the interview is, "What is your favorite meal at Applebee's and how would you describe it to a guest?"
