My interview experience with Applause was great. The interviewer was warm and had a positive vibe, which made the conversation very comfortable. I genuinely felt that everything went well. However, two days later, I received a rejection email. I reached out to ask for feedback on what I could improve, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response. I believe it would be beneficial for recruiters to provide feedback when applicants request it, as this is a valuable opportunity for candidates to learn and improve.
