I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Appian in Oct 2022
Interview
My phone screening took around 4 minutes. Turned out the company only needs French speaking SDR, which I was not warned about. In my resume I clearly indicated that my French is limited and it is easy to understand that I cannot use it in communication with clients. I spent the whole evening preparing for the interview in order to finish it in a few minutes. I consider the work of the recruiter to be extremely unprofessional, she did not even respond to my message on LinkedIn (other employees though were super responsive and helpful). Moreover, I believe she was biased against me because I have 2 years of experience working for their competitor(but am not a US or Canada citizen), instead they hired people with absolutely no B2B or sales experience but living in the US. I still hope that Apian itself is not a biased company, so this assessment is only for the recruiter.

Interview
Phone screen, 2 rounds of interviews with various people in the sales organization. Process was relatively short with a couple of quick conversations. Behavioral questions about past experiences both work and school.

Interview
Only two rounds, not sure what was to follow as communication stopped after the 2nd. First is an initial phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an "interview day" with senior management and SDR manager. Communication was good up to the 2nd round, and everyone was very laid back. As others have said, it was very conversational and easy to get through.
