The complete process consisted of 4 virtual interview stages, followed by a fifth step focused on credentials verification:
1. Recruiter Screening (Initial alignment call).
2. Technical Manager Interview.
3. Hiring Manager Interview.
4. Final Interview with the Engineering VP.
5. Background Check.
