First off, they were really on time—starting the interview 5 minutes earlier than planned, which was great. They were also well-prepared, with questions that were clear and organized. All the questions made sense for the job and gave me plenty of time to answer. Overall, it felt like a smooth and respectful process.

Step 3: After getting reviewed and passed, get an online Technical exam (MCQ-based)

Initial interview will be technical It was very friendly and not intimidating and questions are more focus on the fundamentals this last for about an hour. Second was HR interview i'm glad that HR here was really understanding. In the end I didn't accept the offer it was too low compare to my current salary.
