Interview
The Interview Process was quick and direct. I was toured in the facility and ultimately interviewed by the President. Compensation negotiation was awkward because of the position's salary may not have been set in stone.

Question 1
I was asked to describe my professional experience in detail. And I felt that the interviewer was trying to get a feel for how I worked and not being direct about it. The interviewer seemed to be constantly probing on my attitude rather than skills.
