A recruiter on behalf of the company contacted me and conducted a preliminary screening interview. Then I was interviewed by the hiring manager over the phone. A very short interview, barely 30 minutes long. No response since then. Three weeks later I reached out to the recruiter who the informed me that someone else was hired. I asked for feedback about my interview, and got the boiler plate "your interview went well, you are qualified, but someone else was hired..."
