I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Apolis
Interview
Phone screen, technical interview, behavioral interview. Obviously all remote. Recruiter was nice but deliberately misleading about the details of the position (revealed in the contract during the behavioral interview). Technical interviewer was disorganized and unprofessional. Behavioral interviewer was pleasant and straightforward -- I decided to continue with the process, but it's ridiculous and concerning that Apolis needs to mislead candidates to reel them in to their entry level roles.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Apolis in Nov 2020
Interview
Ask HR by email. The whole process take less than one week. First get call with HR, talk about basic background. And then, two rounds of interview, one is technical, the other round is just behavior.
