I was contacted to complete an initial phone interview first with a recruiter, who then scheduled me with a hiring manager. I was able to go on site to meet the manager and various others on the team. I completed an assessment (don't recall the name but it was a reasoning, personality one), and then had a virtual interview with a panel of people. Most of the people I'd work with in some way, but there was someone on the panel who was either training, or just there to give an third party opinion.
