Interview
First HR will call you and check your availability for interview , then 1st round technical questions. Equity, bonds, derivatives, Bloomberg, corp action, etc 40 minutes. 2nd round it depends on your ability and knowledge on above products and accounting entries and indepth derivatives knowledge. Seems like if someone knows derivatives only can work here.

Interview
Interviewed for one position but was asked if I would consider a more junior role. Extreme lack of diversity on interview panel of only Afrikaans individuals. Interview was set up very quickly within 3 days but no feedback on the outcome of the interview was ever received, despite following up twice. No salary range provided on the job posting neither at interview stage. Extremely unprofessional.
