Totally unorganized from the get-go on HR's end who kept getting my information wrong. Also changed interview times and dates multiple times. I finally interviewed with 4 people including the CEO who asked ridiculous questions for an hour, such as "where is the fine line between writing and editing?", "what is your editing process?", "how did you learn to edit?", "what inspires you?", "how do you handle stress?". I was there for almost two hours and I could tell after the first 10 minutes it was a complete waste of time. Benefits start after 90 days and only ONE week of vacation after a year, all the while touting how WONDERFUL their work/life balance is. Really??
