1:1 interviews. Asked about sales experience and about how I’d handle different situations.
Took ~3 weeks to return back with a response; promised EOW at time of interview.
Company seemed to have a toxic culture and was burning cash per my interviewer.
There were two rounds. The first was a phone screener and the second was a 2 hour interview with 4-5 associates at the firm.
They never contacted me after the interview, despite multiple follow-up emails. Overall, I thought it was a very unprofessional way to communicate with perspective candidates.

Question 1
How does Aperio differentiate its direct indexing strategy from its competition?
The interviewer was 15 minutes late for our scheduled meeting, and I had to reach out to HR to inquire about the delay. During the interview, the questions lacked a clear focus, and when I asked questions in return, the interviewer was unable to provide answers. This experience left me with a sense of unprofessionalism.
