two rounds + one HR round. I had to share portfolio of my published articles. Questions pertain to professional acumen. Strong focus on academic background and good grades. The last round was with the President of the organization. If you have changed too many jobs in the past then that does not go well with the organisation.

A really weird selection process -
I reached there sharp 11 at my stipulated reporting time, and when I call up the HR who seemed like an intern, she was like "oh you reached also" I was like in my mind yeah have to be professional. So anyway moving forward,I waited there in the reception and no one showed up for almost 1 and a half hour more untill I started getting tired. Later they come down and give a obsurd test paper out of nowhere which has nothing to do with the job profile and just a tactic to waste some more time, later on they say now it's lunch time we will have interview later. Then after lunch the HR members come and try to analyze you and then again say that we need to discuss with some other hiring manager so kindly wait. So I wait again, and I get a call from them saying HR manager is busy so we can't get through this today and that I would get the call later on someday.
I have been waiting for their call for decades now... I feel this is the most unprofessional company interview I have ever been to. They don't care about candidates and seem selfish. Imagine what would happen if one gets to join as a employee . A really pathetic management.
Not recommending this to anyone.
