Very interesting. I met with Recruitment Manager first and on the same day, was interviewed by one of the owners of the company. I was asked competency based questions and they explained how everything works in the company. They cross train everyone so even before I started working as Account Manager, I needed to see how it was like on the other side of things so that there was appreciation for those I will be working for.
