It began with an online personality test where you slid the scale according to what statement you agreed most with.
Then, it was a recorded interview where it was a mix of writing and video recording to answer questions.
Finally, I had a 45-minute interview with two people over a live video call. They requested I email 3-4 designs and create one design from a file they shared with information on it and share it a week before the interview. During the interview, they wanted to hear my design process for each design, and then they asked a few behavioral questions.
Timeline:
- Applied: January 16th
- Personality test invitation: January 21st
- Recorded interview Invitation: January 27th
- Live interview invitation: February 11th (interviewed the 25th)
- Received decision: March 8th
First interview was a one way virtual interview. I had three chances to answer a question with a recorded response, some were written. The second interview was three hours long. I met with people within my department and my potential team.
