The interview was ok, they didn't have a lot of hard questions. They just had lenghty questions. The interview took an hour, consisted mostly of asking about the previous job and what my role was there.

Hired through a recruiter, had a telephone interview and then an in-person interview. Was fairly casual but from my understanding hiring is no longer in local offices. Was interviewed by two senior executives.

Second interview is with your manager- they ask about your experience and a few questions regarding the role and why you are fit for the job
Third interview- with HR to discuss salary and contract.
