Online testing and video interview, applied through official University careers page. Smooth and swift process, although still awaiting further information on assessment centre. Online interview was pre-recorded with an existing member of AON staff.

HireVue Interview, no HR Manager only the screen. There were some questions, you could prepare them for 3 minutes and then you had three tries to record the answer. Pretty straightforward.
