Interview
Classic hire-view format. It consisted of 4 questions (motivational, skills and examples style - based, and behavioural - how would you react in this scenario at the office). There was surprisingly untimed preparation time and up to 2 retakes possible.

Tell us about a time when a task turned out to be more challenging than expected, but you persisted until you had completed it? Consider what was challenging about the task, what was the outcome of your efforts, why you were or were not satisfied with the results.
Describe a time when you chose to learn a new skill or acquire knowledge that was beyond the immediate task? Explain what I learnt, why I was interested in it, what did I do to learn more about it?
Friendly interviewers, streamlined process. Very kind interviewers who both push you to excel and provide succinct, clear answers and who also are super friendly. You can tell that the process has been refined over time.
