The recruitment process at Aon was comprehensive and multi-stage. It began with an online assessment evaluating numerical and situational judgment skills. I was then invited to complete a prerecorded video interview assessing my motivation and communication abilities. After that, I progressed to the final assessment center, which included group exercises, case studies, and one-to-one interviews with managers. This stage focused on analytical thinking, teamwork, and commercial awareness. Successfully completing these steps led to my offer for the summer internship at Aon.
