Contacted via WhatsApp (New Kettering club) Organised interview for 7 days from first message, swift process, Patronised and reprimanded by interviewers. A very unorganised interview, I was met by Dan, and another interview who never introduced himself to me, I was then walked around a building (In Kettering opposite ASDA supermarket) which is currently in construction being worked on by builders with hard hats and safety boots but I was allowed to stroll straight in in my trainers. The interview was conducted in the ASDA cafe (No I’m not joking) and felt more like a pressured conversation into divulging my current financials situation being a self employed personal trainer. Terrible experience, I was then offered a role £10,000 less per annum than what I applied for. One great big rollercoaster of disastrous proportions.
